La Flor de Cano Cigars

According to official records, the brand “La Flor de Cano” was registered by brothers Tomás and José Cano in 1884 in the name of “Cano, Loma & co. located at 66 Rayo Street in Havana. In 1940, according to the export register, the brand then bore the name “Juan Cano Sainz”. Finally, at the time of the Revolution, the brand was the property of Hijo de J. Cano & co (J. Cano’s son).

This brand was a small family business and very little is known about its history. However, it had managed to create a solid reputation on the English market and on the Spanish market, despite the smallness of its production.
